We utilise various delivery methods to fulfill customer orders, some products can be delivered with a flat fee no matter how much is ordered. Other products, we are charged per pallet by our hauliers.
Please see below our current delivery pricing structure, all prices are ex-VAT.

- Per Pallet – £65.00
We can get up to, the below number of packs on a pallet.
- 50 x 25kg Bags
- 32 x 25ltr Polys
- 4 x 200ltr Drums
- 1 x 1,000ltr IBC
Deliveries can ONLY be made to industrial premises, we can NOT deliver to residential addresses even if this is where your business is based.
If you are a new customer, we’ll email you a PDQ document (Pre-Delivery Questionnaire), to complete and return to us before we dispatch your order. This is to ensure we have all the correct delivery information such as… Opening Hours, Booking In, Fork Lift Available, to avoid any potential failed deliveries.
If you do not have a fork lift available to unload and require a tail lift, please be aware the maximum weight on a pallet is 950kg nett / 1,000kg gross (inc. pallet & packaging weight).
If the delivery fails and has to be re-delivered, through no fault of Easy Chemicals Ltd, (you’re closed during stated opening hours on the PDQ you submitted, no-one is able to unload or sign for the delivery, no equipment to unload the vehicle), additional costs maybe incurred which Easy Chemicals will have to pass on to you to pay before we organise the re-delivery.
If you do not wish to pay the failed / re-delivery charges, we will return the goods to our warehouse. Once the goods are back, we can issue you a credit for your order less all the additional transport costs Easy Chemicals have incurred.
