Our mistake………….
If we deliver a product which was not ordered, or which does not meet the accepted standard for the Chemical Industry we will collect the product and offer an alternative or a full refund.
Your mistake………..
If you have ordered the wrong Dry Product and wish to return it we will offer a refund less a 30% re-stocking charge for goods returned to the original distributor in a resaleable condition. The return carriage must be arranged and paid for by you.
Liquid Products are mainly packed to order and once packed must be paid for in full. If the goods are not delivered then we will refund the carriage cost.
