Formic Acid 85% Drum

Formic acid 85% is a corrosive, fuming liquid with a strong odour, used in a variety of industrial and agricultural applications. Used as a preservative and antibacterial agent in animal feed and silage to prevent spoilage and inhibit harmful bacteria. Used for pickling leather, in tanning processes, and for dehairing hides. Employed for dyeing and finishing fabrics. Acts as a reducing agent and is used to synthesize other chemicals like formate salts and esters. Used in some cleaning products to remove scale and mineral deposits from industrial equipment and boilers.
